Full Description

Instructions for Use. 

  1. Place one of the silicone earplugs in the palm of your hand and close your fist around it.
  2. Hold the earplug in your closed fist for around 30 seconds, until it softens and becomes pliable.
  3. Hold the earplug between your thumb and index finger, then roll it into a round, ball shape.
  4. With your other hand, pull back the top of your ear to widen your ear opening.
  5. Insert the silicone plug into the ear, then release the hold of the top of your ear.
  6. Gently push the earplug with your index finger, flattening the end and forming a seal.
  7. Repeat instructions for the opposite ear.
    To remove: Gently pull down on your earlobe to loosen earplug, then lightly pinch and pull the earplug away from the ear.
    Caution: 
    • Keep Out of Reach of small children – Possible choking hazard.
    • Not to be inserted into the ear canal.
    • Non-Toxic and Free from BPA
